Due to the high demand and huge cultural value of the au-pair programme we are now offering the possibility to young adults and host families of using our organisation in order to participate in this way of cultural exchange.
We stand for solidarity, humanity, tolerance and mutual respect. Fostering opportunities for individual development by voluntary, social and civil commitment the sense of responsibility of each individual for himself/herself and – at the same time – for the society he/she lives in is one of our main targets.
The au-pair programme as part of the Red Cross
We intend to work with high quality standards in the au-pair programme both in the fields of incoming and outgoing au-pairs. Being a Red Cross organisation we want to offer au-pairs and host families a high degree of security. » more

Being a member of the International Au-pair Organisation (IAPA) we have the possibility to get in touch with more than 30 countries in order to place au-pairs with host families. » more

There is much cultural and educational value in an au-pair exchange. The au-pair programme for host families looking for a child care
The host mother is pleased that she does not have to cook a meal in the evening after a hard working day. She was, however, not enthusiastic about the idea of sharing her home with a strange girl at first. But after a short time she has got used to it and she now looks forward to sitting together with the young woman in the evening. » more
